An experienced and driven visionary with over 20 years of retail experience, I am passionate about helping hospitality executives and ownership evolve and grow their resort’s retail business through effective storytelling and relationship selling.
I am committed to providing the most enjoyable and memorable shopping experiences for guests visiting our client’s destination resort and spa boutiques, and have a deep love for helping and inspiring others to live their best life, styled.
ERICA MCGINLEY
I graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Communications, and I began a career as a Conference Planner for AIG SunAmerica. While I enjoyed traveling and planning meetings across the country, I found myself wanting something different. In 2014 I opened a Pure Barre studio in San Clemente, CA. As an owner I gained experience in so many areas, one being the buyer for our retail. It became a passion of mine!
I am excited and honored to be a part of the Madsen + Ales team, and am looking forward to working with our clients to build a strong, trusting relationship!
